I believe that this is handy bulletin to have downloaded. It does highlight a few details about the changes but that is not what I like best. What I really like is that after you download the attachment there are hyperlinks that will take you directly to the discussed items. The items with blue lettering and underlined are the hyperlinked items.

IRS Issues New Tools for 2018 Tax Withholding

As of Feb. 15, 2018, employers must use new tables to determine how much income tax to withhold from their employees’ paychecks. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued the required new tables, which reflect changes made by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, on Jan. 9, 2018. On Feb. 28, 2018, the IRS also released a revised Form W-4 and a new Withholding Calculator to reflect the changes. This Compliance Bulletin provides general information about these new tax withholding tools.
